Our Return Promise

At COLLINS SUMMITEDGE SOLUTIONS LLC, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days after delivery.
  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging (including all accessories and manuals).
  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing components are not eligible for return.
  • We do not accept returns for items that have been installed, assembled, or modified.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@collinssu.com with the following information:

  • Your full name and order number
  • Reason for the return
  • Clear photos of the product and its packaging (if applicable)

Once your request is approved, our support team will provide detailed return instructions by email. Please do not ship items directly to our company address without authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe arrival of your return package.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed within 2 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method (PayPal).

Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your PayPal account depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges & Restocking Fees

  • No exchanges: We do not currently support direct product exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order if you wish to receive a different product.
  • No restocking fees: We do not charge restocking fees for approved returns.
